Shipping Policy

Heat & Sole ships merchandise to locations within the United States. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website transfers to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.


Current USPS rates apply for standard Priority/Express Mail packages. In-store pickup of merchandise purchased online is available free of charge.


Please allow one business day to process your order. You will receive an email with a tracking number from USPS once your order ships. 


***Please note orders placed after 2:00 pm Friday afternoon will ship the following Monday.


Heart & Sole charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this site based on the applicable sales tax rate of the state to which the order is being shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns may be made for store credit within 14 days of shipment date through mail or in store. Merchandise will only be accepted if it has not been worn and still has all store tags attached.  Please be sure the returning package is postmarked within that 14-day period.  Store credit will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the returned item. Cost of shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.


When sending back your unused and tagged merchandise, please include your original invoice in your package. If a new size is needed, please make note of it on the invoice. Once the item is received, merchandise credit will be issued and a gift card for that amount will be sent to you.


If returning online purchases in store, please be sure to bring the original packing slips.
